About Yachtiee
Yachtiee is a members-only lifestyle and privilege app designed for yacht owners, captains and crew professionals in the yachting and boating industries. As a member, you gain access to exclusive discounts, offers, and experiences from our verified partners across hospitality, retail, wellness, leisure and other industries suitable for our partnership offers in the community.
Eligibility
To use Yachtiee, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Work in or be associated with the yachting, cruise, or related sectors
Be able to submit proof of document as you are part of this exclusive community
Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may suspend or terminate memberships that do not meet these requirements.
Membership & Subscriptions
3.1 Tiers
Yachtiee offers paid subscription tiers that unlock varying levels of access and benefits. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are shown on our website or app before you subscribe.
3.2 Billing
All payments are charged in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your membership anytime through your account settings.
3.3 Refunds
Due to the nature of digital membership services, all subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Using Yachtiee
When using Yachtiee, you agree to:
Use the platform only for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes
Not share, resell, or misuse membership access
Respect our partners' terms when redeeming offers
We may suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the platform or violate these Terms.
Partner Offers & Third-Party Services
Yachtiee partners with third-party brands and service providers ("Partners") to bring you exclusive offers.
All Partner offers are subject to availability and their own terms.
Yachtiee does not control, operate, or guarantee the goods or services provided by Partners.
Any disputes or issues arising from Partner services should be addressed directly with the Partner.
We do our best to verify all offers, but we are not responsible for errors, availability, or changes made by Partners.
Intellectual Property
All content on Yachtiee including logos, branding, text, images, and design is the property of Yachtiee Management FZCO or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy matters to us.
We collect and process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable UAE data laws.

The continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform
The accuracy or completeness of Partner offers
Any outcomes or experiences resulting from the use of Partner services
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yachtiee Management FZCO disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Yachtiee will not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
By You
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse offers, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately end, but any obligations that should reasonably survive (like payments due) will remain in effect.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be finally settled under the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
The place of arbitration shall be Dubai, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws.
We will notify you of significant updates via the app or email.
